i’m aashna - i love designing digital products that are user friendly. i pride myself on breaking down complex problems into simple, comprehensible bits.
i bring my fascination with technology, users, and constantly asking “why” to my work as a product designer. i grew up across india, kenya, singapore, united kingdom & malaysia - and this identity as a third culture kid has allowed me to develop a deep sense of empathy towards people and to design meaningful experiences that celebrate the inherently global nature of the world today.
outside of work, i care deeply about mental health and equality. i am a certified mental health first aider, and i spend a lot of time learning about trauma-informed care and how we can make the world a better place for people. i believe that my sense of giving back makes me a better designer - empathy is, afterall, at the core of design. i am on a never-ending search to find the best flat white in my city. If you would like to say hi or meet for a coffee chat, i’d love to! i also love dogs and plants.

+ i now have a dog. world, meet jaan! great at: making sure i meet my daily step goal, being equally excited about brocolli and bacon, somehow being extremely intelligent and dense at the same time, loving the snow as much as her mum, and being a velcro companion.
